We loved our stay at this chilled out hostel with a large socialising area and outdoor kitchen. the small pool and upper terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying yoga or training. the staff, especially Guiliano, were super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and Colombia in general. They provided great tips on tourist activities. the location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. the rooms and common areas were cleaned every day, making it always very clean. it was a wonderful experience!
Felt very well, no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful time on our romantic escape. The hotel was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the kitchen and common areas. The daily room cleaning service was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with the bus station and markets just a minute away from the center. We also appreciated the air conditioning in the rooms, which kept us cool during the warm nights.
There were a couple of downsides during our stay. One of the mattresses in our room was sagging, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

My stay at Hostal Palohe was simply amazing. The property is luxurious and offers great value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and had good air conditioning. The shower, although advertised as "cold," was actually the perfect temperature to refresh after a day in the sun. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach but away from the crowded main strip. The staff, particularly the owner, were incredibly kind and always ready to help. They even recommended a fantastic dive school for me. The overnight staff member was so friendly and went out of his way to assist me despite the language barrier. The communal spaces, including the pool, hammocks, and dining area, were tranquil and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with different juices and fruits served every day. Plus, the complimentary coffee was available 24/7. The best beach in Taganga, Playa Grande, was just a short walk away. I highly recommend Hostal Palohe for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Taganga.

I had a fantastic time during my stay at Hostal Palohe. I stayed for 3 nights and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Juliano and Eme. The social areas, pool, and hammock area were beautiful and peaceful. I loved the option to use the kitchen, laundry service, and rooftop area for drying clothes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had strong WiFi and AC. The attention to detail, such as clothes lines and hooks, was impressive. The staff went above and beyond, arranging tours and providing great recommendations. a special stay that I would highly recommend!
